Background: Staying focused has always been a problem for this 50 year old woman from California. As a child, she was constantly behind in school, waiting until the last minute and forgetting to complete assignments. Teachers and peers wrote her off as “the spacey girl.” “For years I knew there was some problem,” she says “I just didn’t know what.” Her struggles continued into adulthood where, as a young mother and wife, her inattention put a strain on her marriage and damaged her self-esteem. She was diagnosed with ADHD in her mid-forties and found relief in addressing her problem head-on.

  • Was able to stay much more organized
  • Is able to stay calm and focus through distractions
  • No longer gets flustered amid distractions
  • Has gained self-confidence
