Ongoing Research Projects
Academic institutions in the US and Europe are currently conducting research on working memory training using the Cogmed Working Memory Training Programs.Cogmed Working Memory Training has shown effects on attention, impulse control and complex reasoning in controlled scientific studies at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden. The results of these studies have inspired other researchers to start studies to deepen the understanding of working memory and the effects of training.
Cogmed JM, Cogmed RM and Cogmed QM, the software used for working memory traning, is currently used in studies performed by researchers in different academic fields. We are proud to say that the following prominent researchers are conducting studies about training of working memory:
