Training for adults with poor working memory

The article features Cogmed founder, Dr. Torkel Klingberg, who cautions people to be scientific when approaching cognitive training. “Brain training is where internal medicine was in the 19th century. We need to find the specific conditions under which it works,” said Klingberg, who points to working memory training as one successful application.
